Reservations

• The full apartment must be rented.
• Two nights minimum stay.
• To rent the apartment, 30% of the total price must be paid upon making the reservation in the form of a deposit. The rest of the price will be asked upon arrival when handing over the keys.
• As per local law in the Principality of Asturias, 50% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations prior to 7 days before the arrival date. If there is a cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, the company reserves the right to retain the entire deposit amount.
• The apartments will be available after 17:00h and check-out time is 12:00h.
• Pets are not allowed.
• For safety and hygiene, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
• Baby cradle service is free for children under two years old. (prior reservation only).
